    You can book a Home Help Assistant at any time, day or night. We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
     
  2. How long can I book the service for?
    You can book the service weekly or daily and for as long or as short a time as you require it.
     
  3. Can I cancel the service?
    You can cancel the service at any time, should you feel you no longer require it. All we ask is for one week's notice.
     
  4. How much does it cost?
    Registration is free. You simply pay for the hours that the Home Help Assistant attends. See our easy to understand charge rates.
     
  5. Is there a minimum booking time?
    Yes. The minimum booking period for home help services is 2 hours. You can book as many additional hours as you wish to, on as many days as you need.
     
  6. Will you send me an experienced home help?
    Yes. All staff supplied will have the experience to complete the booking.
     
  7. Are there any duties that my home help will not be able to do?
    Yes. Your home help will not be able to offer any kind of personal care. They will not be able to carry out any kind of task that could jeopardise their safety, such as climbing ladders.
