Sarah is our Bradford Branch manager and started working for Routes in 2012 as a Consultant. She has over 10 years’ experience in the industry and is passionate about providing personalised care to all of her clients
Dawn has worked in the care industry for over 27 years, starting as a nursing assistant she worked her way up to Home Manager before joining Routes as our Tameside Branch Manager.
Andrew set up Routes Healthcare in 2005, with over 20 years’ experience in the sector he noticed a gap in the market for a provider who never compromises on quality and always acts in the best interests of their clients.
Abby joined Routes Healthcare as a member of the training team 4 years ago and is now our HR, Learning and Development Manager. Abby is our responsible individual for CQC.
Our Rochdale Branch Manager Kobi has worked in health and social care for 18 years, working across the NHS, Local Authority and charitable organisations.
Brian previously worked for the Prince's Trust for over 10 years before joining Routes as our Newcastle Branch Manager.
A qualified accountant, Mike joined the business as Finance Director in July 2015, having previously worked as Managing and Finance Director roles across the North West. Mike is responsible for financial compliance, IT and Corporate Governance.
Liz has over 16 years’ experience within the health and social care sector. Liz joined Routes Healthcare 2 years ago and is our Blackpool Branch Manager.
Our Training Manager Reg has worked in the social care sector for 25 years and is responsible for managing and delivering all of our staff training.
Cath is our Clinical Governance Nurse, her role is to ensure that all of our staff are competent, confident and well-supported to deliver high quality care.
