The nursing agency team at Routes have many years experience in both the healthcare and recruitment industries. Many are nurses themselves and the majority have worked within recruitment for over a decade.

Our recruitment process is vigorous and we work to strict guidelines set by the Care Quality Commission and DIMA. Our recruitment team will ensure that the process is as quick and easy for you as possible. Once your registration is complete all you need to do then is to let us know when you are available for work. We will do the rest.

The vast majority of people who join Routes do so on an agency only basis. This allows you to be completely flexible in the hours you work meaning that work can be managed around your home and family commitments. Your hourly pay rate will be very competitive and in most cases we believe will be higher than many of our competitors. Our aim is to keep you working when you want to work. To achieve this we pay very good hourly rates and keep our charges to customers as low as possible.

It is not always easy to give up full time secured work because agencies will only pay for the hours worked. No work – no pay! This suits many people, but not all. If you are currently working full time and value the security of full time employment and all the benefits that brings but like the idea of working for an agency then all is not lost. In some cases we are able to offer people a full time contract as an employee of Routes. If successful you will receive a guaranteed annual salary (with no deductions if we fail to provide you with work), holiday and sick pay.
