There is a twenty-four hour contact number for clients/service users to contact the agency if required and there are satisfactory arrangements in place to support qualified nurses out of hours.

Black Country and Shropshire.

Routes Healthcare has a new location servicing the Black Country and Shropshire regions. Located just outside Wolverhampton city centre in Willenhall, the office is accessible via major bus routes and ample free parking is available opposite the main building.

From the office, we serve the entire Black Country region including Wolverhampton, Walsall, West Bromwich, Sandwell, Dudley, Stourbridge as well as Halesowen, Kidderminster, Bewdley and Worcester.

We also cover the Shropshire region from our new office. This includes Telford, Market Drayton, Shrewsbury and Oswestry.
