What we're looking for:
• At least 12 months' experience in a care coordination or supervisory role within domiciliary or community care
• Experience of supervising or line managing others
• A solid understanding of CQC regulatory requirements
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills
• Proficient in care management software (People Planner preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
Your day-to-day:
• Leading and line managing the Care Coordinator team, including supervisions and appraisals
• Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
• Overseeing scheduling and rota management across the hub
• Leading internal audits of scheduling, care records and visit monitoring
• Managing on-call duties, including senior on-call cover on a rotating basis
