What we're looking for:
• At least 12 months' experience as a Healthcare Assessor or in a management/leadership role within domiciliary or community care
• Experience of supervising, mentoring or line managing others in a care environment
• A solid understanding of CQC regulations, the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Proven experience leading audits and quality reviews
• NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care (desirable)
• Full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
Your day-to-day:
• Leading and line managing the Healthcare Assessor team
• Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
• Designing and leading internal audits across care assessments and medication records
• Mentoring Healthcare Assessors and supporting their clinical development
• Developing care plans and risk assessments for complex packages
