Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to support the Branch in ensuring all staff are fully compliant to work. To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to your team and the organisation as a whole.

Accuracy Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to assess situations quickly to prioritise tasks appropriately.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
Answering calls, transferring to the relevant individuals and taking accurate messages.
Support with interview compliance.
Carry out pre-employment checks.
Assist with Inductions.
To maintain accurate filing systems and follow processes. Ensure relevant documentation is appropriately stored in line with company policy.
Maintain filing systems to ensure speedy retrieval of records.
Monitor training attendees.
