Bid Writer in Rochdale Recruitment Hub
This role is vital to the support the growth of Routes Healthcare. The successful candidate will be managing the Tender process to develop tenders and proposals that will assist the Company growth strategy.
Providing the vital central coordination required to manage all activities within the bid process. You will support the business to understand it's value proposition and maximise its chances of success by coordinating and writing winning tenders. Following submission, you will be responsible for obtaining and interpreting any feedback.
The role requires
- A high degree of organisational skills with the emphasis on proactive, direct and effective communication.
Attention to detail, influencing skills and persistence will be factors affecting success in this role.
They will be organised, analytical, and able to deliver under pressure often to tight deadlines.
Have experience of tender writing and bid management and a strong success ratio.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple bids.
- Proactive and self-motivated – needs to ‘own bids’ totally
