Salary Up to £23,000 negotiable depending on experience

Role purpose and overview

The purpose of the role is to support the Service Improvement Team with all administration and compliance activity across Routes Healthcare. This is a key role within the function and the role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of quality care across the branch network and ultimately supports the ongoing safe growth and success of the business.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working as a key member of the team to assist with administration duties and be a first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Liaise with HR regarding induction meetings and training for new starters.
  • Monitor, maintain and update the database, recording accurate data as required.
  • To gather information and compile compliance reports for operational teams and the Director of Service Improvement.
  • Collate and manage data from the central information system and present this using Excel.
  • Management of the company intranet, ensuring documents and policies are reviewed when required.
  • Support with quality checks and assist the auditors to provide action plans to operational teams, following this.
  • To attend meetings as requested and take minutes of the meetings.
  • Assist the Service Improvement Team to investigate and respond to incidents, complaints or concerns.
  • To support with the preparation of reports for the Board, Governance and Business Continuity.

 

 

Requirements

Experience within a busy administration setting.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Experience working with Excel

Driving licence and access to own vehicle
