We are currently looking for passionate, experienced Healthcare Workers. We are particularly looking for workers who have experience in supporting people receiving End of Life Care. Those clients, in the last stage of their lives require Healthcare workers who can provide that very person first care and support. Those clients and their families require that extra support from our teams, in order to ensure that they receive simply the best, most respectful, professional and supportive care possible.

What will your duties include?
Your responsibilities will include clinical interventions, moving and handling, administering medication, meal preparation and catheter care. You will be helping with personal care and applying lotions and creams as needed, particularly around pressure areas.

This position does require a driving license and access to your own vehicle as you will be driving to client’s homes.
