Routes Healthcare – Rotherham- Complex Care Registered Manager
Registered Manager required for established leading Complex Care and Homecare Service Provider in Rotherham. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who has a passion for delivering excellent high quality Complex Care. You will have overall responsibility for developing the service through its existing contracts but similarly establishing new business.

Routes Healthcare have delivered Clinical Homecare/Homecare services across the Northern England since 2012, currently providing 1.6m hours of homecare. The role will require you to be registered with CQC as a Registered Manager, you will be accountable for service compliance and the growth of the business. Candidates must be in possession of Level 5 and be a car driver.

Similarly responsible for the progression and retention of field and branch-based staff including the motivation of staff to attain their individual KPIs and targets with a high level focus on recruitment.

Hours of Work: Full time.

Location: Rotherham

Salary: negotiable depending on experience, PLUS up to £6,000 OTE

The person we are looking for this role will have:

  • Level 5 Qualification linked to Health and Social Care
  • Experience of delivering Complex Care in the Community
  • Experience on delivery excellent safe Care Services
  • Managing all aspects of Complex care provision
  • Proven Track Record of growth
  • Managing Complex Clients in the community
  • Attending MDT meetings
  • Working with clinical teams to delivery Nurse Delegated interventions in the community
  • Experience in Compliance
  • Supervision of all staff with the ability to motivate
  • Detailed knowledge of CQC Standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines/targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to use IT packages such as Excel, Word
  • Excellent Attendance and Punctuality
  • Flexible Approach
  • Car Driver with access to a vehicle for work

Experience:

  • Managing High Standards of Adult Social Care (Required)
  • CQC and Compliance (Preferred)
  • Experience of Managing Complex Care
