Senior Recruitment Resourcer in Rochdale Recruitment Hub




Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, posting jobs, and arranging interviews. You will be responsible for organising the team and driving them to achieve their targets.

Putting the candidates first, you will need to be able to build strong internal and external relationships, managing high volume recruitment campaigns to drive our recruitment activity across all the Routes Healthcare services to deliver quality care staff.

This is a key role within the central Recruitment Team and plays a pivotal part in seeing the successful delivery of Recruitment requirements across our network and ultimately supports the growth and success of our business.

Location: Rochdale

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

Overseeing the recruitment team on a day-to-day basis.

Ensuring all operational targets are met to meet the buisness needs.

Collate reports on team performance and coach any knowledge/skill gaps.

Liaise with Senior Team, Managers and Peers to communicate KPI's/Work solutions.

Stay current in the recruitment field acting on trends or changes in operations.

Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, database searching, target headhunting and referrals

Reviewing received CVs and applications

Telephone screening candidates and assessing their suitability for the role

Scheduling telephone interviews

Working towards and achieving both personal and team targets on a monthly/weekly basis.


Required Skills and Experience

Experience as a previous team leader within the sector preferred.

Knowledge of Complex Care would be advantageous.

Confidence in communicating with senior managment and share holders.

Ability to be innovitive in ways of effective working.

Strong communicator

Good phone manner

High volume call handling

Ability to work alone and be accountable for your work

Knowledge of Microsoft programmes

Organised, ability to plan and prioritises workload effectively
