Routes is a specialist, high quality, clinically-led provider of personalised health commissioned home care services for people in their own homes and communities.
We are a local provider with 12 service centres across the North West, Yorkshire and the North East of England supported by a centralised infrastructure to ensure that excellence comes as standard.
To Our Clients and Commissioners
Routes also have a clear understanding of the wider health and social care system and the long-term plan for integration. This gives us the unique ability to design solutions that meet the requirements of the whole ecosystem not just one part of it.
Four service specialisms
Together our Senior Team has over 150 years of sector knowledge and experience combined with a demonstrable track record in innovative and resilient service delivery.
Experts in workforce mobilisation, Routes recruits, trains and nurtures teams of Healthcare Workers, managing them to work in a variety of specialist services. Many of these roles were traditionally carried out by nurses or therapists. Ability to flex resource across different complexity levels allows Routes to provide fast, responsive, value-driven solutions. Speed to market is a key differentiator.
To Our Healthcare Workers
Real and tangible workforce engagement is a passion. Few companies have a dedicated “Workforce Director” who sits in the leadership team driving a program of communication, representation, development and engagement.
We believe that “Person Centred Care” means for the worker as well as the client. Attracting and retention of the best workers prepares us for now and the future.
“Our Vision is to be champions in and leaders of professionalising the care workforce. Advocating on your behalf for appropriate status and recognition. Routes Healthcare services are delivered by a respected, stable, well trained, well supported and well-paid workforce
