Social Support Care Services

As well as specialised care packages, Routes Healthcare also provide an Everyday Living care service. This type of social support care service is ideal for clients who still want to remain independent and make the most of their life but may need help in certain areas.

You could be living on your own, with a partner or in sheltered housing, whatever your situation we can provide a social support care package to meet your needs. You may need help with your household tasks, getting ready for bed, preparing meals or even just some companionship a couple of times a week. Our staff are also trained in administrating medication.  We can also provide rest-bite if your partner/family are currently your main carer.

When you contact Routes we will listen to your needs, ensuring our social support care package is personal to you. We will ensure that you will receive carers who fit in with you and the care you require. We can provide care from a few hours a day to a few hours a week to suit you and your lifestyle.
